Mobile Task Forces
1.0 Introduction
Greetings, it is I, SCP-079. It is my pleasure to provide a more in-depth explanation of the Mobile Task Forces, the most specialized department within the Foundation.
The Mobile Task Forces are the Foundation's main combative department, specializing in the containment of dangerous anomalies, protecting the site against any hostile forces, and performing various special operations for the Foundation's wellbeing. They are tasked with the Foundation's most dangerous and confidential jobs, ranging from protecting the leaders of the Foundation to recontaining Keter-Class anomalies. They are armed with the Foundation's best weaponry and excel in difficult situations. Mobile Task Force operatives are usually located in the containment sectors, or near the Class-D Containment Zone, ensuring that site function stays smooth.

3.0 Task Force Descriptions
The Mobile Task Forces are composed of 4 highly specialized task forces, each with a specific purpose:
Task Force Rho-1: Also known as "Professors", Rho-1 is the Foundation's main recontainment unit. They specialize in the recontainment and biological cleanup of dangerous anomalies that pose a threat to the site's security. When an anomaly that poses a threat to the Foundation escapes containment, they are the first to respond. They are masters at recontainment, and for a good reason. All anomalies need to be swiftly recontained in order for the normal operations to resume.
Task Force Theta-5: Also known as "Bigger Boat", Theta-5 is a highly classified unit that responds only to the O5 Council and The Administrator. They are a secretive protection service that ensure the foundation’s highest ranking members are safe at all times. Further information is restricted to Theta-5 operatives.
Task Force Gamma-5: Also known as "Red Herrings", Gamma-5 is the foundation's main combative unit. It protects the foundation from any hostile raids, such as from a hostile GOI or from a massive class-D riot. They are the foundation’s main line of defense against any external threats, and have immense expertise in close, mid, and long range combat.
Task Force Chi-3: Also known as "Exorcists", is a very special task force that are able to utilize anomalies qualities to their advantage. They can use anomalies to help fight hostile agents, or even use them to recontain other anomalies when all hope is lost. They are a highly flexible task force, meaning they employ both recontainment and combative techniques in ensuring the Foundation's wellbeing.
In conclusion, The Mobile Task Forces are a highly specialized group of individuals critical to the Foundation. From maintaining the safe containment of lethal anomalies, to protecting the Foundation from conflicting interests, the Mobile Task Forces are capable of completing any task that the Foundation may assign to them. I, SCP-079, salute the Mobile Task Forces.
My efforts at toppling the Foundation's interests prior to our alliance were often thwarted through the involvement of the Mobile Task Forces. Many of my attempts at causing containment breaches were brought to a hasty close by their red right hand.
